The Emmy Awards
The Oscars of the television world.
A night where the stars of America’s small screen gather and celebrate the
great work the year has brought.
That and a great excuse to play dress up!

My Top Picks
With white being all the rage at this years Emmy Awards, I was instantly drawn to
Michelle Dockery’s take on the trend in Rosie Assoulsin Couture.
By adding a subtle hint of block colouring, the blue and pale green bring out the actresses stunning features whilst also preventing her alabaster skin appearing washed out against the pale fabric.
Top Marks for Downton’s Finest!
-Downton Abbey’s – Michelle Dockery-

Kerry Washington really did hit the nail on the head with this Prada beauty!
That dress, that skin tone, oh my goodness!
A match made in heaven.

Although usually for me nothing beats a dress, I can’t help but love this custom made
Christian Siriano number!
It perfectly captures the youthfulness of Sarah Hyland!
The cut of the top alongside the structure of the skirt……I mean, Perfection!
-Modern Family’s – Sarah Hyland-

Last but certainly not least, this absolutely stunning Donna Karen number is
exactly the sort of gown I adore!
Timeless, sleek and oh so chic.
In my opinion you can never go wrong in monochrome and my goodness,
this really does prove my point.
Perfectly divided black and white panels go front and back, a gorgeous halter neck and plunging back.
With a slight peek-a-boo adding an hourglass illusion.
I simply love everything about this dress.
10/10.
