Not only do they tend to look fabulous but they also protect your eyes, in fact they are one of the few  accessories that both protect and project.

They protect your eyes from damaging sunlight and project your own personal style in the process.

I adore a good pair of shades and as I’m short sighted I have a mix on prescription and non-prescription sunnies that I can pick from.

I fell in love with these Prada beauties pretty much the instant I set eyes on them! 

The bold black frame has a timeless and classic look with the spiraled arms adding a pop of modern day edge.

When Specsavers teamed up with Red or Dead I was ecstatic! Not only could I have amazing sunglasses, but I could see in them without wearing contact lenses! 

As a hay fever sufferer there is nothing worse than attempting to stick contacts into your eyes whilst they are itchy, watering and red, so perscirption sunnies are somewhat of a God send.

These frames are so cool, the gradient of colour and the cat-eye shape makes me feel holiday ready the moment I put them on…..cocktail please!

Céline certainly seems to be the brand of the moment at the minute and whilst they keep creating accessories that absolutely everyone wants, I think they’ll be staying at that top spot for quite some time!  Reinventing classic styles with a modern twist and making pieces that are current yet timeless make all the Céline eyewear collection investment pieces that will last a lifetime. These ‘Audrey’ oversized cat-eye sunglasses which are everywhere at the minute, spotted on Olivia Palermo, Kirsten Dunst, Miranda Kerr were inspired by the iconic Audrey Hepburn in Breakfast at Tiffany’s. As a massive fan of both the actress and the film I just couldn’t wait to get my hands on a pair!

Now this pair of Roxy sunglasses I’ve had for a couple of years now and I can honestly say they are just amazing! So wearable, they literally go with everything. They are my go-to pair that I can just grab and know they’ll match whatever I’m wearing.

 Roxy being know as a ‘surfer’ brand keep that trend going right through into their eyewear collections with cool classics and retro styles. This pair are a gorgeous tortoise-shell colour and I know I’ll be wearing them forever!
