Yet another entry into my beloved lipstick diary.
As a self confessed lipstick addict this one had me going crazy. Not only is it a lush colour, it’s also super affordable. I’ve been a tad obsessed with this collection since I first spotted it – a capsule collection of red lipsticks you say? Yes please!
The Color Riche Exclusive Reds collection has a rouge for every woman and every skin tone. Each created with subtle differences I went for the L’Oreal poster girl – Blake Lively’s offering. A matte red thats enriched with velvet spheres, pure pigments and jojoba oils which left my lips feeling super hydrated.
Red lipstick. you either love it or you hate it. In truth, I think a lot of us fear red lipstick as it’s a pretty bold makeup statement and the wrong shade can leave you looking washed out with yellow teeth. Not exactly a good look. But for me I feel naked without it and this one complements my pale skin perfectly. It’s lovely on the lips and easy to apply. The attractive casing looks expensive yet it’s excellent value for money. Blake’s red is a deep rich red, not orangey or pink. I’ve tried lots of red lipsticks and this one surprised me with how long lasting it is, this easily lasted 8-9 hours, a real must have for any lippie lover.
