So I’m back in London after a truly amazing time in Turkey.
To say I’m gutted is an understatement, but I can’t wait to share everything we got up to with you guys!
For those of you that don’t follow me on my social channels and have no clue what I’m harping on about, I’ve recently returned from my holiday to Side in Turkey. It was a girls holiday and one that we are trying to make a yearly tradition. I went along with my two best girlfriends Ani and Holly and our mums….cute right?!
Holly, Ani and I have pretty much grown up together and have been besties for yonks! And now that we’ve all flown the nest, our mums often meet up for dinner and drinks and of course a good ol’ gossip. So half term bank holiday seemed the perfect excuse for a girls holiday and for some mother – daughter bonding time…x3.
Turkey is such a beautiful country and it’s sad that tourism has been so badly effected in recent times. We went to Side which is situated on the southern Mediterranean coast. It’s a small resort town and ancient port city surrounded by beautiful beaches and ruins including a 2nd – century C.E. theatre and the famous white marble columns of the Hellenistic Temple of Apollo.
I’ve take so many images which I’ll share with you soon in a longer blog post that I’m currently busy editing. It’ll be full of tips and recommendations of where we went, what to eat and what to do whilst you’re there.
I had the best time and have come back feeling relaxed, happy and ready to take on the world!
