~ Dalgona Coffee ~
A three ingrediant, picture perfect coffee! Dalgona coffee is having a moment – going viral on social media platform TikTok and then following suit on both Instagram and Twitter In short – It’s the latest viral sensation and I’m here to tell you how to make it. It’s easy, it’s quick and it’s perfect for something fun to do each morning before spending yet another day at home. The best part about it is that you only need three ingrediants, all of which you probably already have lurking in your cupboards. If you have instant coffee, sugar and milk – then you’re already half way to creating the perfectly whipped Dalgona! Fancy giving it a go?
~ How To Make Dalgona Coffee ~
Prep Time 1 min
Cook Time 4 mins
Total Time 5 mins~ Ingredients ~
2 teaspoons instant coffee
2 teaspoons sugar
2 teaspoons very hot water
Glass of milk with ice cubes
~ Instructions ~
1. Combine the instant coffee, sugar, and hot water.
Put 2 teaspoons of instant coffee, sugar and hot water into a bowl.2. Whisk, whisk, whisk until the coffee is light and fluffy!
I did mine by hand and it took around 5 minutes to become whipped and fluffy. If you’re using a hand or electric mixer, it’s likely that the ingredients will whip up into a cream in less time, about 1 to 2 minutes. In either case, the longer and more vigorously you whisk the mixture, the fluffier and airier it will be.3. Spoon the coffee cream into a glass of iced milk.
I used oat milk but any milk is fine. Spoon the whipped coffee on top of the milk & ice. Stir to enjoy!

I haven’t made the Dalgona coffee yet but I really want to try to! I might have a go at doing it some time in the next couple of weeks!
