So I thought it was time to officially introduced you. Meet the new love of my life, sorry coat! I totally meant coat…oh whatevs, truth be told I’m having a serious love affair with this little dream boat.
This ankle length, deep sky blue, alpaca coat is by Riani and is currently my absolute pride and joy. I got it as a pre-christmas treat for myself and its become the perfect statement piece, adding instant sass and fabulousness to each and every outfit.
Here I’ve worn it with skinny black jeans from Prey of London and a print pattern shirt by Chinti & Parker. Finishing off the look with these gun metal brogues (caught at a steal for £15 in the River Island sale) and grey woollen winter warmers, the hat featuring a pom pom bigger than my face!
It’s the perfect outfit for this ever changing and transitional weather. The coat is warm but not too heavy and when the sun does start to shine it’s off with the wool so I’m just left with a bright and fresh winter/spring look. I’m almost dreading the day summer starts and my love and I have to do long distance…I’m tearing up here!
So there we have it, you’re introduced. The coat and I have been going steady for over a month now and we couldn’t be happier….weird? Kinda, but ah well.
